Founder and Principal Designer
Rachel Ogburn is the Founder and Principal Designer of Rowe Interior Design, a boutique full-service interior design studio based in Denver, Colorado. Born and raised in Orange County, California, Rachel’s early exposure to design shaped a lasting appreciation for thoughtful, well-crafted spaces. With a background spanning both construction and interior design, as well as a Project Management Professional certification, she leads projects with a strong emphasis on process, clarity, and execution.
Rachel pairs a highly organized, process-driven approach with a strong creative point of view. She approaches each project as a highly tailored collaboration, building close, trusted relationships with her clients while translating their needs and lifestyles into layered, intentional interiors. Her work spans a range of design styles, resulting in homes that feel elevated, personal, and quietly distinctive while remaining livable and enduring.

Accounting and Bookkeeping
Kale Green, CPA
Kale oversees Rowe Interior Design’s accounting and bookkeeping, supporting the studio with clear financial reporting, streamlined systems, and proactive oversight.
A CPA with over a decade of experience, he has worked with high-growth Colorado businesses across retail, hospitality, and professional services. Kale brings a practical, detail-driven approach that helps keep the studio running efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Kale enjoys spending time with his wife Sara and their dog Gus by getting into the great outdoors of the Colorado mountains.
Design Visualization Specialist
Flavia Sekiguchi
Flavia supports Rowe Interior Design as a 3D renderer, creating detailed, realistic visuals that help bring design concepts to life.
Through thoughtful modeling and a strong understanding of space, materiality, and proportion, she helps clients clearly visualize design intent before implementation. Her work plays an important role in supporting the creative process and decision-making throughout a project.
Outside of work, Flavia enjoys reading, sketching, and spending time with her dog, Luna.
